GigaDevice Announces FY2025 Final Dividend of RMB 0.75 Per Share, Payable in HKD on 29 May 2026

GigaDevice Semiconductor Inc. has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.75 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Shareholders approved the distribution on 24 April 2026.

Key payment details:

• Default currency: HKD 0.8555198 per share, based on an exchange rate of RMB 1 = HKD 1.140693. • Ex-dividend date: 28 April 2026. • Record date: 30 April 2026, with the Hong Kong share register closed from 30 April to 4 May 2026. • Payment date: 29 May 2026.

Withholding-tax framework:

• Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10 % enterprise income tax will be withheld. • H shares registered in the name of nominees (including HKSCC Nominees) are deemed non-resident enterprises and subject to the same 10 % rate. • Mainland individual investors and securities investment funds participating through Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect will have 20 % individual income tax withheld. • Mainland enterprise investors using Stock Connect will be responsible for filing and paying their own tax; no withholding will be applied by the company.
