According to information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Liu Zhiwei significantly increased his stake in GOFINTECH QUANT (00290) on July 6.
The transaction involved the purchase of 3.989 million shares at an average price of approximately HK$2.1437 per share, representing a total investment of about HK$8.5512 million.
Following this acquisition, Liu Zhiwei's total shareholding has risen to approximately 2.681 billion shares, which corresponds to a stake of 26.02% in the company.
