The inaugural industrial automation engineering and technical talent job matching fair in Feixi County, Hefei City, was recently held at the Feixi Wendu Human Resources Service Industrial Park.
The event, themed "Skills Empower the Future, Employment Builds a Brilliant Chapter," focused on the labor demands of the industrial automation sector, creating a precise platform for connecting relevant enterprises with skilled trainees.
A group of prominent domestic companies, including Qirui Automobile, SunGrow Power Supply, China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC), BOE Technology Group, and Powercan Technology, participated in the event.
They offered nearly 200 high-quality job positions in areas such as equipment operation and debugging, electrical assembly, equipment technology R&D, automation engineering, industrial robot operation, electrical engineering, embedded development, and machine vision.
The roles were noted for their wide coverage, strong specialization, and significant growth potential, effectively meeting the employment needs of skilled professionals.
According to statistics, 187 training graduates attended the recruitment fair, submitting a total of 306 resumes to 12 companies.
Following company presentations, on-site interviews, and bilateral discussions, 126 trainees reached initial employment agreements on-site, achieving an employment intention rate of 67.4%.
As a key human resources service provider cultivated by Feixi County, Anhui Wendu Group has actively taken on social responsibility by focusing on the skills gap in the industrial sector and strategically entering the vocational skills training field.
By collaborating with renowned industry enterprises and leading professional training institutions, the group has innovatively implemented a cooperative education model, regularly conducting skills training programs in PLC programming, electrical automation, industrial robots, machine vision, and drone operation.
To date, the initiative has successfully trained and graduated 825 skilled trainees, with 316 of them securing long-term, stable employment, thereby continuously supplying quality talent to support industrial development.
Moving forward, the Feixi County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will thoroughly implement the relevant provisions of the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Employment Priority Strategy."
The bureau will continue to deepen reforms in vocational skills training and employment services, fully promoting a project-based training model that integrates "job demand, skills training, skills assessment, and employment services."
Efforts will persist in linking the "industry-education-assessment" skills ecosystem, establishing a coordinated development system for "cultivation, allocation, and utilization," and advancing the implementation of the "Skills Illuminate the Future" training initiative to further promote high-quality and sufficient employment in the region.
