AOM INT'L (00381) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Qiaoxiong (Fujian) Investment Co., Ltd., has entered into a cooperation agreement with Hainan Chain Business Digital Industry Development Co., Ltd. on July 27, 2026.
The partnership is based on leveraging each party's respective strengths to establish a comprehensive, deep, and stable strategic cooperation. The core focus is to build a three-in-one industry operation platform centered on the "Boao Global Digital Economy Conference Operation + Chinese Enterprises' Digital Overseas Expansion + Samoa Cross-Border Listing."
Under the terms of the agreement, Qiaoxiong (Fujian) and Hainan Chain Business will use Hainan Chain Business's wholly-owned subsidiary, Yuanmingtang (Guangzhou) Digital Technology Co., Ltd., as the sole long-term joint venture vehicle. This will involve completing equity structure adjustments, capital injections, and business authorizations to construct the three-in-one platform. The agreement is valid for three years.
Following the completion of industrial and commercial changes and capital payments, Qiaoxiong (Fujian) will become the controlling shareholder of Yuanmingtang and a co-organizer of the 2026 Boao Global Digital Economy Conference.
The board believes this cooperation fully aligns with the group's consistent diversified strategic layout and its long-term development goals of "strengthening core business and increasing shareholder value."
Hainan Chain Business, as a professional enterprise digital solutions provider, possesses deep technological expertise and practical experience in areas such as blockchain, big data, and digital industry innovation. Through this cooperation, the group can directly introduce Hainan Chain Business's cutting-edge digital technologies and solutions to optimize the operational processes of its existing business lines, including toy and gift trading, Chinese herbal medicine production, and the sale of Fujian Old Wine.
This is expected to comprehensively enhance the group's operational efficiency, supply chain management capabilities, and business innovation capacity. Hainan Chain Business is based in the Hainan Free Trade Port, a national-level strategic open hub, offering unique policy advantages and industrial clustering effects.
This cooperation will serve as a critical springboard for the group to enter mainland China's digital economy and chain business industry, helping it rapidly integrate into the digital industry ecosystem, develop new revenue streams, and broaden its profit base. The group will leverage its advantages as a Hong Kong-listed company's capital platform, its international operational experience, and mature cross-border trade networks.
Combining these with Hainan Chain Business's core technologies for digital empowerment of physical enterprises, both parties will create a "capital + technology + industry" synergy model to achieve efficient resource allocation. After careful evaluation of the vast market prospects for the digital transformation of China's real economy, the board believes the digital economy sector holds extremely high growth potential.
This cooperation is expected to help diversify the group's operational risks, further optimize asset allocation and business structure, and is anticipated to bring long-term, stable capital appreciation, thereby creating better investment returns for all shareholders.
