The announcement includes reference to a previous waiver for Mr. Wu Hao, who was permitted to serve as a Joint Company Secretary under certain Listing Rules requirements. The Stock Exchange has granted a new waiver covering the period from January 20, 2026, to December 27, 2027, on the condition that Mr. Wu continues to be assisted by Mr. Fan and that no material breaches of the Listing Rules occur. By the end of the waiver period, the company must demonstrate that Mr. Wu has acquired the necessary expertise to discharge the functions of a company secretary without further waiver.
