Viva Biotech Cancels 11.01 Million Shares, Cutting Outstanding Stock by 0.52%

Viva Biotech Holdings disclosed in a Next Day Disclosure Return dated 14 July 2026 that it has cancelled 11.01 million previously repurchased ordinary shares. The cancellation trims the company’s issued share capital by 0.52%, lowering the total number of outstanding shares from 2.10 billion to 2.09 billion.

The repurchased shares, acquired between 8 June and 26 June 2026, were cancelled on 14 July 2026 at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 1.137593 per share. Based on this price, the aggregate consideration for the cancelled shares is estimated at approximately HKD 12.53 million.

Following the cancellation, Viva Biotech now has 2.09 billion ordinary shares in issue and holds no treasury shares. The company confirmed that the repurchase and cancellation were duly authorised and carried out in compliance with all applicable Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and regulatory requirements.
