According to the announcement dated 20 November 2025, the company will convene its 2025 First Extraordinary General Meeting (2025 First EGM) at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 9 December 2025, in the Large Conference Room on the first floor of its head office at 1999 Yunhe Road, Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, the PRC.
The 2025 First EGM is set to review resolutions including changes to registered capital, the proposed cancellation of the Supervisory Committee, and revisions to the Articles of Association. Additionally, several management procedures are scheduled for discussion, such as amendments to the Rules of Procedure for General Meetings, the Rules of Procedure for Board Meetings, and key systems governing independent directors, cumulative voting, external investments, related party transactions, external guarantees, and proceeds management.
In order to determine shareholders’ eligibility to vote at the 2025 First EGM, Flat Glass Group Co., Ltd. will close its register of members from 4 December 2025 to 9 December 2025. Holders of H Shares must ensure all transfer documents reach the company’s Hong Kong share registrar by 4:30 p.m. on 3 December 2025 to be entitled to attend. Shareholders may appoint proxies, with valid forms submitted by 8 December 2025.
