CN International Development Announces Online Release of 2025 Annual Report, AGM Circular and Proxy Form

Bulletin Express04-30

China International Development Corporation Limited has released three key corporate documents for FY 2025: the Annual Report, the Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting, and the accompanying Proxy Form.

All documents are now available in English and Chinese on both the company’s website (www.irasia.com/listco/hk/cidc/index.htm) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously chose physical mail will receive printed copies automatically. Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials—or those unable to access the online versions—can complete and return the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, using the prepaid mailing label or by email to is-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon request.

To receive future publication notices and actionable corporate communications electronically, shareholders are encouraged to provide or update a functional email address via the same reply form. Without a valid email on file, notices and related documents will continue to be sent in paper form.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

The notification was issued by order of the Board and signed by Co-Chairman and Executive Director Qin Bohan on 30 April 2026.
