Geely Galaxy has officially announced the name of its new C-Class AI-powered pure electric sports sedan, confirming it as the Geely Galaxy TT.

The public solicitation for the model's name began on June 12th, and after just five days, the high-vote name "TT" was officially designated as the vehicle's formal title today. This model had previously appeared in China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) new vehicle filing list in May, also under the name "TT".

Based on the filing images and the latest official pictures, the new car features a completely fresh design language, presenting an overall shape rich in sportiness and technological appeal.

Specifically, the front fascia employs a closed-off grille paired with slim, elongated headlight clusters. Inside these clusters, prominent LED daytime running lights are arranged, offering high recognizability when illuminated. The front bumper features a three-section air intake design, complemented by multiple raised character lines on the hood, enhancing the sporty feel.

Additionally, the vehicle's roof is equipped with a lidar sensor, indicating it is expected to feature the Qianti Haohan (Thousand-Mile Vast) H7 advanced driver-assistance system.

The profile of the car showcases dynamic lines with a fastback coupe-style silhouette. This is combined with semi-flush door handles and dual five-spoke alloy wheels, emphasizing a strong coupe stance.

Regarding dimensions, the new model measures 4999mm in length, 1919mm in width, and 1479mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2920mm, positioning it as a mid-to-large-size sedan.

At the rear, the vehicle is fitted with a full-width taillight bar. The ends of the light strip feature an angular "folded" design, accented with a striking red trim. The "GEELY" lettering is embedded in the center of the light cluster, ensuring high visibility when lit. The rear bumper design is also sporty, incorporating side elements that mimic diffuser styling, complete with red reflectors. Combined with a subtly upturned integrated spoiler on the trunk lid, it creates a distinct athletic impression.

For powertrain options, the new car will offer both a single-motor rear-wheel-drive system and a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system. The single-motor variant delivers a maximum power output of 245 kW. The dual-motor AWD version boasts a combined power output of 425 kW.

The entire lineup will be equipped with batteries from CATL, offering three battery pack options: 52.4 kWh, 63.8 kWh, and 75.2 kWh. These correspond to CLTC-rated electric ranges of 540 km, 640 km, 650 km, and 725 km, respectively.

Considering its positioning, as a new mid-to-large-size pure electric sports coupe, the vehicle is targeted at the competitive 150,000 to 250,000 yuan market segment upon launch. It is expected to compete with models such as the Xiaomi SU7, Tesla Model 3, Xpeng P7+, Zeekr 007, and the forthcoming Shangjie Z7.
