Shangri-La Asia issues 2025 Annual & Sustainability Reports; circular outlines share-repurchase mandate, board re-elections and bye-law amendments

On 24 April 2026, Shangri-La Asia released a package of shareholder documents that includes:

1. 2025 Annual Report. 2. 2025 Sustainability Report (available in electronic format only). 3. A circular detailing proposals for: • Granting a general mandate to repurchase shares. • Re-election of retiring directors. • Directors’ fees. • Amendments to the company’s bye-laws. • Notice of the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM). 4. Proxy Form for AGM voting.

The English and Chinese versions are accessible on the company’s investor-relations website (www.ir.shangri-la.com) and on HKEx (www.hkexnews.hk) as of the publication date. Printed copies—excluding the sustainability report—can be requested from Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s branch share registrar.

Shareholders who previously opted for electronic communications but experience access difficulties can obtain printed documents at no cost by submitting the attached reply slip to the registrar via email, fax or post. The company continues to allow shareholders to change their preferred language or method of receipt at any time, free of charge, using the provided Change of Preference Form.
