FOREST CABIN (02657) saw its shares rise more than 5%. At the time of writing, the stock was up 5.08% to HK$64.1, with a turnover of HK$29.89 million. The movement follows the recent release of the company's first annual results since its listing. The report revealed that in 2025, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 2.45 billion, a year-on-year increase of 102.5%. Gross profit reached RMB 2.009 billion, up 101.4% compared to the previous year. Adjusted net profit was RMB 401 million, marking a 100.1% increase, while net profit grew by 92.9% to RMB 360 million. The gross margin stood at a high 82%, maintaining a leading position within the industry. Notably, after the release of the annual report, FOREST CABIN received multiple endorsements from financial institutions. Several brokerages, including Huatai Securities, CITIC Securities, and Guotai Junan Securities, issued research reports expressing continued optimism about FOREST CABIN's long-term growth prospects. Among them, Guotai Junan Securities highlighted that the company's strong performance in 2025 was primarily driven by the successful sales of its star product, the Essence Oil, and the new product, the Little Gold Pearl Essence Water. They also noted significant growth on the Douyin platform and ongoing expansion across multiple sales channels, expressing confidence in the company's sustained high growth under its "1+4+N" product category expansion strategy.
