Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd., the stabilising manager for UltraGreen.ai Limited’s initial public offering, announced that it bought 1.82 million ordinary shares in the company on Dec, 4 2025.
The shares were acquired at a price of US$1.45 each, in accordance with Regulation 3A(13) of the Securities and Futures (Market Conduct) (Exemptions) Regulations 2006. The disclosure was filed with Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and signed by managing directors Diana Lim and Sandeep Wasan.
