On May 9, the legal department of XPeng issued a statement: We have noticed that certain social media accounts have used AI applications to maliciously amplify information such as "eight new energy vehicle manufacturers were集中约谈" and "three涉嫌违规被立案调查," including our company in the list, causing severe damage to our brand and reputation.
After verification, our company has not recently received the so-called "约谈" mentioned in such false information, nor is there any立案 investigation. We have already collected evidence from the relevant parties responsible for creating and spreading rumors and will pursue legal action in accordance with the law.
