China Energy Storage Technology Development Limited (formerly Link-Asia International MedTech Group Limited) has dispatched the proxy circular for its annual general meeting (AGM), set for 12 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Hong Kong. Key agenda items focus on statutory approvals, board continuity and refreshed capital authorities.
Financial statements Shareholders will vote on adopting the audited consolidated accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, together with the accompanying directors’ and auditors’ reports.
Auditor re-appointment The board proposes to re-appoint McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as external auditor for the next fiscal year and seeks authority to fix the firm’s remuneration.
Board composition Four directors are standing for re-election: • Executive Directors – Ms Wu Jingjing, Mr Wang Wei and Mr Liu Zhiwei • Independent Non-Executive Director – Mr Li Huiwu The board also requests authority to determine each director’s remuneration.
Share issuance and buy-back mandates • General issue mandate: authority to allot, issue and deal with additional shares up to 20% of the company’s issued share capital as at the date of approval. • Share buy-back mandate: authority to repurchase shares up to 10% of issued share capital. • Extension mandate: authority to increase the issue mandate by the number of shares repurchased under the buy-back mandate.
Proxy arrangements Shareholders intending to vote by proxy must lodge the completed form with Tricor Investor Services Limited not less than 48 hours before the meeting or any adjournment. Personal data supplied will be used solely for processing voting instructions and retained for the necessary period in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
If a shareholder attends the AGM in person, any previously submitted proxy will be deemed revoked.
