Silkwave inks strategic aerospace-satellite MOU with SolsticeX

Bulletin Express04-16

Silkwave Inc announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding on 16 April 2026 with Hong Kong-based SolsticeX Holdings Limited to pursue strategic cooperation across aerospace and satellite businesses.

Under the non-binding MOU, both companies will explore joint initiatives in satellite communications, aerospace technology, ground-segment operations and related financing arrangements, with an explicit focus on market opportunities in the ASEAN region.

The agreement establishes a 90-day exclusivity window during which dedicated teams from each party will conduct detailed assessments of one another’s business value and quantify potential synergies.

Silkwave’s board expects the collaboration to expand the Group’s market reach by combining its existing satellite-operations expertise with SolsticeX’s capabilities in multimedia broadcasting, satellite manufacturing and data analytics.

The company stated that shareholders will be informed of any material developments and urged investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares.
