For the period from January 1 to September 30, 2026, the group, together with its joint ventures and associates, achieved cumulative contracted sales of approximately RMB 10.34 billion; cumulative contracted sales gross floor area of approximately 845,500 square meters; and a cumulative average contracted selling price of approximately RMB 12,200 per square meter.
The group's project management projects, together with its joint ventures and associates, recorded contracted sales of approximately RMB 260 million for September 2026; contracted sales gross floor area of approximately 19,300 square meters; and an average contracted selling price of approximately RMB 13,500 per square meter.
For the period from January 1 to September 30, 2026, the cumulative contracted sales of the group's project management projects, together with its joint ventures and associates, amounted to approximately RMB 2.27 billion; cumulative contracted sales gross floor area was approximately 189,200 square meters; and the cumulative average contracted selling price was approximately RMB 12,000 per square meter.
