Gaodi Holdings Limited (01676) has announced the resignation of Executive Director Mr. Hong Jixiang, effective 6 March 2026. According to the announcement, Mr. Hong will step down to devote more time to other commitments. He also confirmed no disagreement with the board, and there is no further matter requiring attention from shareholders.
The board expressed appreciation for Mr. Hong’s contributions and stated that, effective 6 March 2026, Mr. Wong Sai Hung, currently serving as company secretary, has been appointed as the authorized representative and process agent to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Hong.
