SUPER HI Sets 26 August 2026 Board Meeting to Approve Q2 and H1 Results, Considers Interim Dividend

SUPER HI International Holding Ltd. will convene its Board of Directors on Wednesday, 26 August 2026, to review and approve the Group’s unaudited financial performance for the three months and six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda includes:

• Endorsement and publication of Q2 FY-2026 results (three months to 30 June 2026). • Endorsement and publication of interim results for the six-month period to 30 June 2026. • Deliberation on the declaration of an interim dividend.

The company intends to release both the Q2 and interim results on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk) after the market closes on 26 August 2026.

Following the disclosure, management will host a Chinese-language earnings conference call at 8:00 p.m. Hong Kong Time (8:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time) the same day. A live webcast will be available in both Chinese and English, with replay access to be provided via the investor relations section of SUPER HI’s website.

As of 14 August 2026, the Board is chaired by non-executive director Ms. Shu Ping and comprises three executive directors—Mr. Li Yu, Mr. Yoon Daejin and Ms. Jiang Bingyu—alongside three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Tan Kang Uei, Mr. Teo Ser Luck and Mr. Lien Jown Jing Vincent.
