Shanghai's Economic and Information Technology Commission has issued the "Shanghai Action Plan for Accelerating the Development of a New Generation of Intelligent Manufacturing," which outlines measures to strengthen industrial cybersecurity protection capabilities.
The plan calls for conducting cybersecurity attack-defense drills and emergency response exercises to enhance the ability to handle cybersecurity incidents.
It also promotes the deployment of AI security products, such as security large models and security intelligent agents, in the manufacturing sector, aiming to create 10 benchmark scenarios including intelligent penetration testing and AI security operations centers, and to launch 20 cybersecurity products with deep large model integration, building a new "model-against-model" protection paradigm.
The initiative seeks to have more than 10% of high-quality industrial enterprises implement classified and graded management of industrial internet security.
Additionally, it emphasizes strengthening data classification and grading management and security protection, encouraging over 50 high-quality enterprises to carry out important data identification, graded protection, and risk assessment work.
