Newtrend Group Holding Co., Ltd. (Newtrend Group) announced that Mr. Zheng Mo will step down as joint company secretary, secretary to the Board, and deputy general manager, effective 31 March 2026. The departure is attributed to personal development reasons.

According to the Board, Mr. Zheng has no disagreements with directors, and there are no matters requiring attention from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange or shareholders. The Board expressed gratitude for his contributions during his tenure.

Following Mr. Zheng’s exit, Ms. Wong Wai Yee Ella, the current joint company secretary, will continue to perform company-secretary duties.
