Times Universal Group (TIMES UNI GP) Publishes 2025 Annual Report and AGM Circular; Urges Shareholders to Opt for Online Access

Bulletin Express04-30

On 30 April 2026, Times Universal Group Holdings Limited (TIMES UNI GP) released its 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular, notice of annual general meeting and proxy form (collectively, the “Current Corporate Communication”).

Both English and Chinese versions are now available on the company’s website (www.timesuniversal.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). The board recommends that shareholders review these documents online, aligning with its push for paperless communication.

Registered shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies will find the printed materials enclosed with the notification. Any shareholder preferring printed copies—either for the current package or for all future corporate communications—can submit the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or email 2310-ecom@vistra.com. The company will provide the requested documents free of charge.

TIMES UNI GP reminds shareholders to supply and maintain a valid email address. Without a functional address on record, shareholders will receive physical notices and actionable documents by post until an email contact is provided. Queries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
