J.P. Morgan Securities PLC—classified as a Class (5) associate of the offeror—reported two client-driven hedging transactions executed on 3 July 2026. Both trades related to Delta 1 products and were completed for the firm’s own account:

• Total shares purchased: 250,000 • Aggregate consideration: USD 0.10 million • Price range: USD 0.40–0.41 per share

J.P. Morgan Securities PLC is ultimately owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co. The disclosure fulfills the reporting requirements under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers for dealings in CON AERO TECH shares during the delisting process.
