Saint Bella Group Limited executed an on-market share repurchase on 18 September 2026, buying back 134,000 ordinary shares for HKD 392,212.50. The volume-weighted average consideration was HKD 2.93 per share, within a daily trading range of HKD 2.87–2.98.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.02% to 616.77 million shares, while total issued shares—including treasury stock—remained at 622.20 million. Treasury holdings increased from 5.30 million to 5.43 million shares.
The buy-back was carried out under the mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 62.22 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 5.43 million shares, representing 0.87% of the share base existing on the mandate date.
Pursuant to Hong Kong Listing Rules, Saint Bella is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 18 October 2026. The company confirms that the repurchase complied with Main Board requirements and that no material changes have been made to the previously filed explanatory statement.
