HAICHANG HLDG (02255) announced that its Shanghai Park recorded a significant 35.2% year-on-year revenue increase for the week of November 10–16, 2025, driven by Zhejiang Province's autumn break and the park's 7th-anniversary promotional campaigns. Both themed hotels achieved full occupancy during this period. The following week (November 17–23) also saw a robust 14.6% YoY revenue growth.
This autumn, Zhejiang became the first Chinese province to implement a unified spring/autumn break system for primary and secondary schools, benefiting over 6 million students across 11 cities. Most regions scheduled the break in mid-November, creating a five-day holiday when combined with weekends.
November 18, 2025, marked Shanghai Park’s seventh anniversary. Over the years, the park has gained market recognition for its innovative integration of marine culture with Chinese traditions and local characteristics, consistently ranking among the top 20 theme parks in the Asia-Pacific region. Moving forward, Shanghai Park will focus on holiday market trends and consumption patterns to refine its offerings, enhance visitor experiences, and strengthen its position as China’s leading marine-themed park.
