Alliance International Education Leasing Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1563) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Thursday, 20 November 2025. The Board plans to review and approve the Group’s interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025 at that time.
The meeting will also address any other relevant business that may arise. The announcement was issued under the name of Chairman, Mr. Li Luqiang, and notes the current composition of the Board, including executive and independent non-executive members.
