China Communications Construction Announces FY2025 Final Dividend of RMB0.07729 per Share

China Communications Construction Company Limited declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB0.07729 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Based on the fixed exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.13143, the payout equals HKD0.08745 per H share.

The dividend was approved by shareholders on 18 June 2026. Key timetable details are as follows: • Ex-dividend trading commences on 13 July 2026. • Share transfers for dividend entitlement must be lodged by 16:30 on 14 July 2026. • The H-share register will close from 15 July to 20 July 2026, with the record date set for 20 July 2026. • Cash distribution is scheduled for 14 August 2026, handled by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd.

Withholding tax will be applied according to shareholder classification: • Non-resident and resident enterprise shareholders: 10%. • Non-resident individual shareholders: 10% standard rate, subject to applicable treaty reductions or increases. • Mainland individual investors and securities investment funds holding H shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20%.

No warrants or convertible securities are affected by this dividend. All other conditions follow the guidelines outlined in the company’s 29 April 2026 annual report.
