Norinco International Reports 99.15 Billion Yuan Revenue in First Three Quarters of 2025 with Steady Growth in Engineering Business

On the evening of October 30, Norinco International Cooperation Ltd. (000065.SZ) released its third-quarter report for 2025. The data shows that the company achieved revenue of 99.15 billion yuan in the first three quarters, with net profit attributable to shareholders of 4.85 billion yuan. Net cash flow from operating activities surged 296.6% year-on-year to 8.98 billion yuan.

For the third quarter alone, the company reported revenue of 31.8 billion yuan and net profit attributable to shareholders of 1.76 billion yuan. By the end of the third quarter, the company's inventory had decreased by 40.99% compared to the end of the previous year.

Norinco International Group is a large foreign trade enterprise group with key support and authorization from the municipal government to manage state-owned assets. It ranks among China's top 500 import and export companies, top 500 service enterprises, Tianjin's top 100 enterprises, and top 50 service providers in Tianjin. The group's main businesses include import and export trade, overseas contracting projects, domestic trade, modern logistics, production and R&D, as well as asset and capital operations.

During the reporting period, the company's engineering business maintained steady growth, achieving breakthroughs in major project execution and market expansion. In Q3 2025, Norinco International signed two new engineering contracts totaling $64.2547 million, with the largest single order being the $64.1607 million Komi-Ka source-grid-load-storage project in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

As of September 30, the company had 73 signed but uncompleted projects totaling $13.707 billion, including 48 active projects worth $5.948 billion under execution, covering power, mining, infrastructure, and other sectors.

Key progress was made in major projects: Unit 1 of the Payra Coal Power Plant in Bangladesh successfully passed reliability tests on September 30, while Unit 2 entered final commissioning, with overall construction progress reaching 99.80%. The Mongolia Mining Integration Project maintained strong output, with 29.1 million cubic meters of mining volume, 2.98 million tons of logistics transportation, and 3.76 million tons of coking coal sales in the first nine months, demonstrating significant industrial chain synergy. The Senj Wind Power Project in Croatia generated 289 million kWh of electricity in the first three quarters.
