Greatview Aseptic Packaging Announces Plan to Launch Restricted Share Unit Scheme

Bulletin Express08-17

Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company Limited disclosed that its Board resolved on 17 August 2026 to seek shareholder approval for a new Restricted Share Unit (RSU) Scheme. The initiative is designed to recognise employee contributions and provide long-term incentives aligned with the Group’s ongoing operations and development.

If adopted, the RSU Scheme will involve the issue of new shares under Chapter 17 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules. Implementation hinges on three conditions: 1. Approval of the RSU Scheme, its overall scheme mandate limit and a specific sub-limit for service providers by Greatview shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting (date to be announced). 2. Approval by shareholders of the Company’s controlling shareholder, Shandong New JF Technology Packaging Co., Ltd.*, in accordance with Shenzhen Stock Exchange rules and applicable PRC regulations. 3. Granting by the HKEX Listing Committee of approval for the listing of, and permission to deal in, any new shares to be issued pursuant to the RSU awards.

The Board confirmed that the Group currently operates no other share-based incentive schemes. A circular detailing the terms of the proposed RSU Scheme, the relevant mandate limits and notice of the forthcoming extraordinary general meeting will be dispatched to shareholders in due course.
