Hatcher Group Limited announced that Executive Director and Executive Chairman Mr. Li Man Keung Edwin commenced a temporary leave of absence for personal reasons effective 9 October 2026. During this period, Mr. Li will relinquish all executive duties and decision-making authority within the company and its subsidiaries.

Executive Director and Vice Chairman Mr. Yeung Chun Yue David will assume all responsibilities previously held by Mr. Li for the duration of the leave. The board underscored that Mr. Li will not undertake or commit to any corporate actions on behalf of Hatcher Group while on leave.

The current board composition remains unchanged: • Executive Directors: Mr. Li Man Keung Edwin (Executive Chairman), Mr. Hui Ringo Wing Kun, and Mr. Yeung Chun Yue David (Vice Chairman) • Non-executive Director: Ms. Chan Hiu Shan • Independent Non-executive Directors: Mr. William Robert Majcher, Mr. Ho Lik Kwan Luke, and Mr. Lau Pak Kin Patric

The company confirmed that the information provided complies with GEM Listing Rules and will be available on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website and Hatcher Group’s corporate site for at least seven days from the announcement date.
