China Telecom Announces FY2025 Final Dividend of RMB 0.0908 per Share, Payable 8 July 2026

China Telecom Corporation Limited declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.0908 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The dividend was approved by shareholders on 19 May 2026 and will be distributed on 8 July 2026.

Based on the exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.144387, the dividend translates to HKD 0.10391 per H share for investors on the Hong Kong register.

Key timetable: • Ex-dividend date: 2 June 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 3 June 2026 (16:30) • Book-closure period: 4–9 June 2026 • Record date: 9 June 2026 • Payment date: 8 July 2026

Withholding tax arrangements follow prevailing PRC regulations: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10 % withholding. • Individual non-resident shareholders from jurisdictions with a 10 % treaty rate (including Hong Kong and Macau): 10 %. • Individual non-resident shareholders from jurisdictions with a 20 % treaty rate or without a tax treaty: 20 %. • Mainland individual investors holding H shares via Southbound Trading Link: 20 %.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will act as the share registrar during the process, located at Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

The Board of Directors is chaired by Mr. Ke Ruiwen, with Mr. Liu Guiqing as President and COO, and Mr. Tang Ke and Mr. Li Yinghui as Executive Vice Presidents and CFOs.
