China Financial International Terminates Share and Warrant Subscription Agreements

China Financial International has announced the termination of its previously proposed share and warrant subscription arrangements.

According to the company's statement, it had entered into agreements involving Paradigm International Limited as the subscriber for new shares, and a group including Paradigm, Mr. Huang Shiying, and Mr. Liu Yongxing as the subscribers for unlisted warrants.

On June 23, 2026, the company and the share subscriber executed a termination deed, agreeing to terminate the share subscription agreement and the first warrant subscription agreement.

Furthermore, on the same date, separate termination deeds were signed with the second and third warrant subscribers, leading to the immediate cessation of the second and third warrant subscription agreements.

Following these terminations, all parties involved in the second and third warrant agreements are released and discharged from their respective obligations under those contracts.
