STREAM IDEAS (08401) announced that Ms. Gong Huixian has resigned as the joint company secretary, effective from October 31, 2025. Following her resignation, Ms. Gong will no longer hold any position within the group. After her departure, Mr. Chan Chiu Hung, the other joint company secretary, will continue to serve as the sole company secretary.

Ms. Zhang Li has ceased to act as the authorized representative under GEM Listing Rule 5.24, effective from the same date. However, Ms. Zhang will remain as an executive director of the company.

Mr. Chan Chiu Hung has been appointed as the authorized representative, effective from October 31, 2025.
