Flat Glass Declares RMB 0.15 Final Dividend for FY 2025; Payment Slated for 16 June 2026

Flat Glass Group Co., Ltd. has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.15 per share (equivalent to HKD 0.1715 per share at an exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.143) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The dividend proposal received shareholder approval on 12 May 2026.
