OmniVision Announces FY2025 Final Dividend of RMB 0.10 Per Share

OmniVision Integrated Circuits Group, Inc. has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 1 for every 10 shares (equivalent to RMB 0.10 per share) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The payout is subject to shareholder approval, with the record date, ex-dividend date, payment date, exchange rate to Hong Kong dollars and related share-register deadlines yet to be announced.

Dividends distributed to non-resident enterprise shareholders will be subject to a 10% withholding tax. Non-resident individual shareholders will generally face a 10% rate, with potential adjustments—downward or upward to a maximum of 20%—depending on the applicable tax treaties between the People’s Republic of China and the investors’ countries of residence. Mainland investors accessing the company’s H-shares through the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect will be taxed at 20% if they are individuals; Mainland enterprise investors must self-declare and pay the corresponding income tax, with exemptions available for enterprises that have held the H-shares continuously for at least 12 months.

As of the announcement date (30 March 2026), OmniVision’s board comprises four executive directors—Yu Renrong, Wu Xiaodong, Jia Yuan and Qiu Huanping; two non-executive directors—Lyu Dalong and Chen Yu; and three independent non-executive directors—Zhu Liting, Fan Mingxi and Mou Lei.
