Tian Lun Gas Maintains 973.46 Million Issued Shares in July; Public Float Meets HKEX Requirement

Tian Lun Gas Holdings Limited (HKEX: 01600) reported no changes in its share structure for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 4 August 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 20.00 million.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 973.46 million ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. Consequently, total issued shares (including those potentially in treasury) also stood at 973.46 million.

Tian Lun Gas confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25%, affirming that sufficient shares remain in public hands.

No new shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled during July. The group’s October 2020 share option scheme reported no options outstanding or exercised during the period; however, up to 100.36 million shares remain available for future grants. The filing stated there were no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance agreements.

Overall, the July submission signals capital stability for Tian Lun Gas, with share capital and public float levels intact and no dilution events during the month.
