HK&S HOTELS Reports Q1 2026 Peninsula Hotel RevPAR and Occupancy Figures Across Regions

HK&S HOTELS (00045) announced its operational data for the first quarter of 2026 for The Peninsula Hotels. The Average Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) for The Peninsula properties in Greater China was HKD 2,902. In other Asian regions, the RevPAR was HKD 2,856. For the United States, the figure reached HKD 4,377, while in Europe, it stood at HKD 4,886.

Regarding average daily rates, The Peninsula Hotels in Greater China recorded an average room rate of HKD 4,475 for the quarter. In other Asian regions, the average rate was HKD 3,939. The average rate in the United States was HKD 6,999, and in Europe, it was HKD 11,365.

The occupancy rate for The Peninsula Hotels in Greater China during Q1 2026 was 65%. In other Asian regions, the occupancy rate was 73%. The occupancy rate in the United States was 63%, and in Europe, it was 43%.
