China Frontier Technology Group (CH FRONTIER TEC, stock code 01661) has published its 2025 Annual Report in both English and Chinese. The documents are now accessible on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the Company’s site (http://1661.hk).
Shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies will find printed versions of the Annual Report enclosed with the notice dated 30 April 2026. Others may obtain printed copies free of charge by emailing whgh.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
The Board also reminded investors of the electronic dissemination regime first announced on 13 March 2024. Going forward, all corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided online only. To ensure timely receipt, non-registered shareholders are urged to submit functional email addresses to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited.
Shareholders preferring physical documents can still request them by completing and returning the enclosed reply form or by emailing the registrar, clearly stating name, address and the printed-copy preference.
