Victory Giant Technology Launches Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications in Line with HKEX Paperless Listing Regime

On 5 May 2026, Victory Giant Technology (HuiZhou) Co., Ltd. announced the full implementation of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023.

The shift covers a wide range of documents—including directors’ reports, audited annual accounts, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—which will be published concurrently in English and Chinese on the company website (www.shpcb.com) and HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed versions will no longer be distributed by default.

Non-registered shareholders are required to: 1. Monitor the above websites for new publications; and 2. Provide their email addresses to the relevant intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited) through which their shares are held.

Shareholders preferring hard copies may complete and submit the reply form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or email shpcb.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request.
