ASMPT Limited (0522) Announces Share Issuance Under Employee Share Incentive Scheme

ASMPT Limited (0522) has announced details regarding the issuance of 1,321,700 new shares under its employee share incentive scheme. According to the announcement, the new shares, representing approximately 0.32% of both the existing and enlarged issued share capital, will be allocated to selected employees on 15 December 2025, provided they remain employed on the vesting date.

The par value of the new shares is HK$0.10 per share, with an aggregate nominal value of HK$132,170. The total subscription proceeds of HK$132,170 will be used as general working capital. When issued and fully paid, the shares will carry the same rights as existing shares, including voting and dividend entitlements.

The 1,321,700 new shares will either be allotted directly to selected employees or via a trustee for subsequent transfer. None of the selected employees are connected persons of the company as defined under the Listing Rules. An application for listing and dealing in these new shares will be submitted to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

On the date of the announcement, the closing price of ASMPT Limited’s shares was HK$77.35. The company has stated that it has not undertaken any capital fundraising activities in the 12 months preceding this issuance.
