China Rare Earth (00769) has announced that Mr. Wen Gangrui will resign from his positions as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of both the audit committee and the remuneration committee, effective March 31, 2026. The resignation is due to his intention to dedicate more time to other personal commitments.
