CHINA RES GAS (01193) has announced board changes effective March 3, 2026. Ms. Ge Lu will step down from her roles as Non-Executive Director and member of the Nomination Committee. Mr. Zhang Weitong has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and will join the Remuneration Committee. Separately, Ms. Qin Yan has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
