CPIC Sets FY 2025 Final Dividend at RMB 1.15 (HKD 1.32) per Share; Payment Slated for 17 July 2026

China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (CPIC) has updated its final dividend announcement for the year ended 31 December 2025. The board has declared an ordinary final dividend of RMB 1.15 per share, equivalent to HKD 1.321705 per H share, based on the exchange rate of RMB 1 = HKD 1.14931 derived from the People’s Bank of China’s average rate in the week preceding the declaration.

Key timetable • Shareholders’ approval: 10 June 2026 • Ex-dividend date: 12 June 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 15 June 2026 (16:30) • Book-closure period: 16 – 21 June 2026 • Record date: 21 June 2026 • Dividend payment date: 17 July 2026

Withholding tax framework • Non-resident individuals and enterprises: 10% • PRC resident individuals receiving H-share dividends via Stock Connect: 20% • Hong Kong investors holding A shares through Stock Connect: 10%

Convertible securities Holders of CPIC’s listed convertible securities (CPIC B3009/05920) must complete conversions by 11 May 2026 (15:00 London time) to qualify for the dividend.

Currency and settlement Dividends are declared in Renminbi; A-share holders will receive RMB, while H-share holders will be paid in Hong Kong dollars on the stated payment date.

Board composition (as at 10 June 2026) includes Executive Directors Fu Fan and Zhao Yonggang; Non-executive Directors Huang Dinan, Lu Qiaoling, Wang Tayu, Wang Yuhua, Chen Ran, Zhou Donghui and John Robert Dacey; Independent Non-executive Directors Chen Xin, Lam Tyng Yih Elizabeth, Lo Yuen Man Elaine, Chin Hung I David and Wong Hin Wing; and Employee Director Zhou Liyun.
