Alphamab Oncology Buys Back 115,000 Shares for HKD 0.98 Million, Lifts Treasury Stock to 6.10 Million

Alphamab Oncology disclosed a share repurchase on 1 September 2026, buying back 115,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 8.48 and HKD 8.54. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HKD 8.5133, bringing the total consideration to approximately HKD 0.98 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased marginally by 0.0119% to 968.28 million shares, while the treasury-share balance rose to 6.10 million. The overall issued share count, including treasury shares, remains unchanged at 974.38 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 12 June 2026, which authorizes repurchases of up to 96.85 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now total 225,000 shares, equivalent to 0.0232% of the issued share base on the mandate date. All shares repurchased to date are being held as treasury shares; none have been cancelled.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Alphamab Oncology is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 1 October 2026.
