Inspur Digital Enterprise Technology releases 2025 Annual Report online and shifts to full electronic dissemination of corporate communications

Bulletin Express04-30 22:24

Inspur Digital Enterprise Technology Limited has notified registered shareholders that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.inspur.com) and HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Under the paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023, the company confirmed it has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, replacing routine hard-copy distribution.

Shareholders who still require physical documents can submit a reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services, at Hopewell Centre, Wan Chai, or email a scanned copy to inspur.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Requests for printed copies will remain valid for one year from the date the instruction is received.

To receive timely notifications, investors are encouraged to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form or by emailing their details to the registrar. Without a valid email address, shareholders will need to monitor the company’s and HKExnews websites proactively, and only actionable corporate communications will be mailed in print.

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline on (852) 2862 8688 during business hours or via the dedicated email address. The notice was authorised by Chairman Wei Daisen on behalf of the board.
