TCL Electronics Holdings Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 13 May 2026 (Wednesday) to review and approve the consolidated results for the three months ended 31 March 2026. Following approval, the quarterly figures will be released on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website and the company’s corporate site.
The board currently comprises four executive directors—Du Juan (Chairperson), Zhang Shaoyong, Peng Pan and Sun Li—and three independent non-executive directors: Professor Wang Yijiang, Lau Siu Ki and Hui Chi Kin Max.
The notification was issued in Hong Kong on 29 April 2026.
