On 28 April 2026, China Treasures New Materials Group Ltd. (China Treasures NM; stock code 02439) announced that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy form have been released in both English and Chinese.

Key shareholder arrangements 1. Printed copies on request • Non-registered shareholders who cannot access the web versions—or who prefer hard copies—may submit the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. • Requests can be mailed using the prepaid return label or emailed to 2439-ecom@vistra.com. • Printed materials will be dispatched free of charge upon receipt of the completed form.
2. Electronic delivery for future communications • Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive email notifications for all future corporate communications should provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Ltd. • Until an email address is supplied, the Company will continue to send printed notices of publication.
