The Ascott Limited said on Apr, 27 2026 that its Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) loyalty programme has surpassed eight million members and introduced several enhancements, including direct conversion of ASR points to KrisFlyer miles at a rate of 20 points to one mile, with an annual cap of 50,000 points per member.

From Jun, 01 2026, ASR will add Cathay Pacific as its newest airline partner, enabling members to earn 500 Asia Miles per qualifying direct booking, while Cathay Silver, Gold and Diamond members will receive an ASR tier match.

Through a collaboration with Trip.com, ASR points can be redeemed for flight credits applicable to more than 640 airlines, and members can now earn points when booking tours and destination activities on DiscoverASR.com.

New on-property benefits include complimentary breakfasts for Platinum-tier guests at European properties, expanding soon to China and Japan, as well as free preview stays for Platinum and Gold members at newly opened properties such as Oakwood Cameron Highlands.

To celebrate ASR’s seventh anniversary, the “Fast Track to Free Nights” campaign grants one free night for every six qualifying nights stayed between Apr, 01 2026 and May, 31 2026, up to two free nights per member.

The company targets growing ASR membership to 15 million by 2028.

CapitaLand Investment-owned Ascott reported that ASR member revenue climbed 23 % year-on-year in 2025, with members accounting for over 90 % of direct online bookings and more than 60 % repeat stays.

Separately, CapitaLand Investment managed 125 billion Singapore dollars of funds under management as of Dec, 31 2025.
