SUPER HI INTERNATIONAL (9658) Expects US$840.00 Million Revenue and US$34.00 Million Profit for 2025

Bulletin Express03-02

SUPER HI INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LTD. (HKEX Stock Code: 9658; NASDAQ Symbol: HDL) released a profit alert indicating revenue of not less than US$840.00 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, compared to US$778.30 million for the previous year. Profit attributable to owners of the company is projected to be at least US$34.00 million, an increase from approximately US$21.80 million in 2024.

According to the announcement, the significant profit growth is primarily attributed to a net foreign exchange gain estimated at around US$14.00 million in 2025, contrasting with a net foreign exchange loss of US$19.70 million in 2024. Despite this, the restaurant-level operating margin slightly declined due to increased staff costs, raw material expenses, and other operating costs stemming from continuous investment in customers and employees.

The information is based on a preliminary review of the group’s unaudited consolidated management accounts, which have not been audited or reviewed by the company’s auditors or the audit committee. Finalized annual results for 2025 are expected to be published in March 2026. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
