Tianjin Construction Development (Stock Code: 2515) has scheduled an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Friday, 6 March 2026 at 10 a.m. The meeting will be held at No. 112 Dongting Road, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Binhai New Area, Tianjin, PRC. According to the announcement, two special resolutions will be discussed: a proposed increase in the company’s registered capital and proposed amendments to the Articles of Association.

The announcement notes that voting on resolutions will be taken by poll, with results published on the company’s website (www.tjcdg.com) and on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (www.hkexnews.hk). The company’s register of members will be closed from Tuesday, 3 March 2026 to Friday, 6 March 2026 (both days inclusive), during which no share transfers will be registered. Shareholders who wish to attend and vote may appoint proxies by submitting the required forms to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 5 March 2026. Shareholders attending in person or by proxy are required to produce proof of identity, and in the case of joint shareholdings, the vote of the most senior named shareholder will be accepted to the exclusion of others.
