Exclusive information obtained on July 14th indicates that Shede Spirits Co.,Ltd. is planning to increase the ex-factory price for distributors of its core product, the 'Pinwei Shede' liquor.

An internal source at the company confirmed the plan, stating that channel pressures would be fully considered and that follow-up steps would be advanced as quickly as possible.
Public information shows that mid-to-high-end products, including 'Pinwei Shede', form the core revenue pillar for Shede Spirits. In its 2025 annual report, the company explicitly stated its focus on building strategic single products like 'Pinwei Shede'.
The last price increase for 'Pinwei Shede' occurred in early 2024, when the company raised the distributor ex-factory price for the 500ml version by 20 yuan per bottle.
In terms of financial performance, Shede Spirits reported revenue of 4.419 billion yuan for 2025, a year-on-year decrease of 17.51%. Net profit was 223 million yuan, down 35.51% compared to the previous year.
Revenue from mid-to-high-end liquor, which includes 'Pinwei Shede', reached 3.12 billion yuan in 2025, representing a decline of 23.83%.
Additionally, according to a recent preliminary report for the first half of 2026 released by the company, it expects revenue for the period to decrease by approximately 16% year-on-year.
Net profit for the first half of 2026 is forecasted to be between 135 million and 175 million yuan, indicating a significant drop of 60.52% to 69.55% compared to the same period last year.
